Extended Stay America Suites- Sacramento - Northgate

I checked in a little last minute, and during a MAJOR concert going on in the sacramento area...and I checked in with the general manager Richard. He made sure my check in was smooth and extremely accomodating. He made sure I was placed in a room that was comfortable for me and I couldnt have wanted for anything. Him and his staff are friendly, and as a 9 month pregnant mother traveling alone, I felt very safe and relaxed during the entirety of my stay. The room itself was very very comfortable, and clean. I personally loved the views just outside each room. I will absolutely be coming back to this location on Northgate in sacramento. Thank you to all that helped me enjoy my stay!!

Richard and his day staff are always courteous and helpful with anything we need or want! Same goes for Sadat and his night crew! His attitude is always upbeat and friendly no matter how hard of a time any of the customers might give him or his staff! If there's a management award for them I would recommend both for that awesome award! Truly a #1 rating for both managers!

The location is out of the way, and quiet, near a major freeway and 10 minutes from downtown. Check-in is a breeze, Tyna was helpful and professional albeit a bit too chatty. The rooms are clean, with full kitchen, minus an oven, and the hotel is brand new. I never saw more than one or two guests in any given day, yet the place was packed. Everyone was friendly, room was cool, bed was great, heater/cooler great. Four stars because the breakfast and coffee need work. Nice try, but I'll pass on the muffins wrapped in plastic that were awful. They'll get it together, it's new. The area has a Taco Bell. McDonald's, FoodCo, and Starbucks within two hundred feet of the hotel, opened late(after 11pm), and McDonald's is open all night. Good value if you're in between places and need a place with WiFi and a shower with a stove, fridge, and microwave.

Currently homeless and this was the cheapest studio typed room available, this young lady Zolie assisted me with stretching out my stay and providing me with breakfast muffins and coffee/tea to get thru my morning. She waited on me with a polite, friendly warm welcome and even helped me with check in for future stays! Such a helpful and polite woman!

Came here and was a little nervous based on reviews... definitely not my experience...I want to say Darlene and Richard truly make this establishment something.great customer service.there is also a lovely Asian girl who I've seen on a Friday evening also very accommodating.rooms are nice as well. .they also offer breakfast every morning...

This is a nice place to stay. My room is clean, the kitchenette is good enough. The manager Roger is very helpful, and quick to respond to questions. The laundry room is always clean, but I keep forgetting the vending machines are in there. The grounds are clean. The other guests are cool.

This is very well run astablishment. the employees are kind and helpful, especially Sadat. The rooms are clean and up to standard and overall had an amazing stay five stars.

These are very clean rooms with just about everything you need for comfort! The rooms are like "mini studio apartments" with full utilities, e.g full size fridges, stoves, microwaves, big flat screen TVs etc. They even supply an iron with an ironing board, chest of drawers and closet area together with a Library desk for studying! The bathrooms are also fully equipped! The only things missing are plates, cutlery, and cosmetics like shampoo! Also, a coffee pot and some coffee and tea, on the house, would be nice! My visit was very comfortable, relaxing, peaceful and quiet!
